    Not much one for posting on reddit, but I feel that the folks over at Magpul deserve some praise for their work.

    So I recently built my first AR. Of course I upgraded a couple things and one of those things was the grip. I opted to go for the MOE grip and was delighted to discover a little compartment in the bottom for storage. I began to think up loads of little ways I can cram a few survival items in there (iodine tabs, fishing hook, paracord, whistle, earplugs, etc.).

    Well, I’ll be damned if I didn’t lose that goddamn cap on the first day. After searching high and low I finally put in a ticket with customer service. They responded quickly with a phone number, I called and immediately was connected to a real human, who told me that he was gonna send me a new cap free of charge. Fuckin-A, Chris from customer service, Fuckin-A.

    TLDR: I lost the bottom cap for the little storage compartment on the bottom of my MOE grip. They sent me a new one free of charge.

    My Magpul phone case stretched out, they had one in the mail the next day after I emailed.

    Same great experience. Bought and received a defective magazine from a popular retailer that rhymes with DUDs, retailer told me to go fuck myself. Magpul replaced it and sent an extra, no questions asked and even apologized that retailer that rhymes with Duds sucks. Magpul gained a lifelong customer and Duds has lost out on literally thousand of my dollars in the last year.

    I immediately lost my sight adjustment tool, and they sent out a new one no problem. Good stuff!

    I have had great experiences with them as well. There was some issue with my shipping and billing address being different, so they took my order over the phone, and waived my shipping cost. It was also really quick and easy. Its part of the reason basically everything on my ar is Magpul.
