I’d only buy a deactivated weapon if I intended to activate it

In Finland: Allowed, if they’ve been made permanently deactivated (barrel welded shut, bolt destroyed etc).

They’re absolutely allowed in America but less lucrative. We prefer our guns to be operational. Like the other guy said, I’d only ever buy one to make it functional again
