If a teacher does not feel comfortable carrying a gun they don't have to.
It should not be somebody else's decision to make it for them.

Noted: The extremely important, most basic starting point on ANY *honest*, respectful discussion about the question of changing any
laws, at any gubmint level, of the topic of gun laws, must …must, begin with the consideration of civil rights.
The matter was settled a couple of centuries ago. It
was finally decided, after much and heated debate, with what we have had and cherished, respected and fought for- our singular bid
for a freedom that is God-given. It was ours universally
    long before America was
    carefully and near-miraculously hewn into
reality. Our basic right to protect ourselves, our loved ones and friends, and our homes. The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution. Our right,
a basic civil right, to keep and bear arms. Not just for protection sake, but to hold our elected officials to government in checks and balance. To remove corrupt officials bent on moving us
away from our Constitutional Republic gorm of gubmint and into a tyrannical socialist, communist state, or any other gubmint that is not enumerated in our Constitution.
One can make the argument today that both major parties in control of our gubmint right now, are dangerously dancing on the crumbly edge of our Constitutional Republic, in order to by force, fear, trickery or deceit, plunge us over that edge. Down into the abyss of which there most likely would be no return. Further, that there has been, and remains conspiracy between American business interests, both political parties and foreign
    actors and representatives of
countries hostile to America, and acting in collusion and conspiracy to destroy America. These foreign and domestic enrmies do indeed need to be fully investigated, exposed publicly and removed from office. They need to face
the highest form of prosecution possible, and face the most severe penalties possible, befitting their crimes.
To the matter of privately owned firearms of common usage, and of the type and choice by the owner, solely, they must be kept available at all times, as seen fit by the owner. No lawmaker of any level of any gubmint shall introduce any law, bill, statute or governance seeking to abolish the individual right of each American of adult age, or of any American, or group or class of Americans to keep and bear arms at the sole discretion of each and every gun owner.
Any lawmaker attempting to remove any civil right codified within the construct of the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, shall BE GUILTY OF A FELONY. With the MINIMUM SENTENCE BEING 10 years in the state prison. But not more than 25 years, per offense.
No early release shall be granted. No plea deals shall be offered or legitimate.

Red Flag laws are the perfect vehicle towards abuse and confiscation. Accusers remain secret which means anyone or no one can set SWAT into motion against you.

Gun violence affects 0.000025% of the population here in America. Most likely you don't know anyone who knows anyone who has been affected by gun violence. Crime has fallen almost every single year since 1994 for a total reduction of right around 50%. You are now twice as safe as you were 25 years ago and thats with more guns in America now than ever before in history. Not coincidentally, the number of concealed carry permits issued has risen almost every single year. What's unacceptable are the lies told by the left to scare people into giving up their rights
