Is there a reason why Glock has 3 different finishes on their slides? All 3 slides are Gen 3, the left one being the dullest and right one being the most glossy. Thanks.

Im not sure about THREE. But i know that they were using a “tennifer” finish on the early gen3 models. Some called it the frying pan finish. Thats the far right, the shiny one. They were then apparently forced by the EPA to change the finish because Tennifer was supposedly hazardous, so they came out with whatever the other finishes were. I dont really know as much about the other two. But the Tennifer finish was my personal favorite. Super strong durable finish.
