Yup it’s worth it, I changed out the stock to a Magpul, I have long arms so I love the length of pull with all the adapters installed and I have the M Lok forend I love that every time I rack the action and pull that trigger I become 16.66667% Aroused!!! So after I clear out the 5+1 tube I’m 100% Erect! I’m Sorry TMI, My Bad! I Digress, but it is a great shotgun lol

Yes, but I would recommend the Magpul Stock for sure and the forend is up to you.

The speed feed stock sucks. If you like the concept you can buy the flash 5 stock which is much better otherwise get the Magpul. Also a magpul forend is the only good way to mount a light to a pump.

18.5” is better than 20” but requires messing around with a magazine extension to get an extra round.

Ghost rings are ok, but have disadvantages too.

Depends on if you want ghost rings or not

I’m not a huge fan of them so I’d get the regular 590. As for speed feed it’s fine I like it , also not a huge fan of magpul SGA. If you get the magpul stipple it or add grip tape

I do like ghost rings but I also like the slightly shorter barrel. 1.5″ isn’t a lot but IMO it’s enough. I’m also not a fan of the A1’s heavier barrel. It adds a good bit of weight out to the front of the gun and makes reloading harder.

I would be looking for a 590 SPX and ditch the shitty furniture for Magpul stuff.[https://www.mossberg.com/product/590-spx-50696/](https://www.mossberg.com/product/590-spx-50696/)

If you do end up with a model with a bead sight, XS makes a really good Big Dot that fits over the bead with JB weld. I know that sounds kinda hokey but it works pretty well.

Not a fan of the cylinder bore, too bad it didn’t have chokes for it.

Speedfeeds are notorious for self-ejecting any shells stored in them.
