    Congrats on a good start.
I got a perfect on my driving test, and then got 2 tickets and a collision over the following decade.

Commit to staying safe out there & good luck!

I bet your parents are proud. Do they make bumper stickers stating your accomplishment?

Nice. When i took my test I got one answer wrong but that was 100% on purpose. The instructors flat out told us to mark this certain special incorrect because they accidentally typoed the question and didnt notice it till they had already printed the test. So technically I got zero answers wrong too but still.

When I was a kid taking my hunter’s Education test, I missed one question. I was mad too, because the question asked me to pick which photo a gun was being held properly. Each option looked like a rorschach test so I just picked at random. Lol

Ah your in Finland? Onnea dude. I passed mine last year as an American living here. Hope you have a good season!

For the 90% of Americans who visit this sub, the test is mostly species identification questions and then some insane common sense stuff like:

“You see something move, you aren’t sure what it is, should you shoot it” Y or N

    And

“You trapped a raccoon dog, do you: a) drown it in the lake, b) use exhaust from your car to gas it, or c) shoot it with a .22lr”

The shooting exam for big game is 3 shots at 70m on a stationary target from a bench. It used to be a moving target at 100m, standing but apparently all the hunters got too old to pass it so they lowered the bar.

For a bow its 3 shots at 18m into a 23cm circle that you can barely see. Failed it with a recurve and passed with a compound.

There’s actually not really any safety questions and there is no firearm safety or hunter safety course necessary here, unless you want a handgun/practical shooting. Hell, I took the test in Finnish and passed it without speaking Finnish. But where guns are a right in the USA, access to nature and to an extent hunting is a right in Finland, so its very accessible.

It’s nice when someone puts in the time and effort to study hunting safety like that. Happy hunting and make sure to always remember what you learned!
