How would I go about loading 38spl blanks from standard cases. I want to make some black powder 38spl blanks for forth of july so that I can fire them into the air instead of into the ground. I havent found any for sale so I want to make some from the cases I have. Is there something I can use instead of bullets when loading to make blanks from standard cases. Possibly compressed cotton balls or something?

I make blanks all the time you can get a crimp die so you dont need to use any wadding. Or you can buy some, or I can send you some.

Just buy some fireworks and call it good. Blanks arent worth the trouble, plus your neighbors might call the cops
