“Includes Garmin echo map 43cv fish finder, lots of yak gear accessories, dolly, paddle. $1,100 obo”

Seems like a steal to me with all those extras, provided it’s in good shape. Was hoping for a second opinion on it.

    **Update for anyone interested**

Ended up buying the boat and I can’t wait to get it out on the water this week. Has the updated prop and the drive felt good, no cracks or serious damage to the body. Also came bundled with all the listed accessories and then some! Ended up throwing in a crate with rod holders, light pole, and a Magellan Life vest and fish bag.

Now let’s see if Santa brings me those new rods and reels i asked for…

Look for cracks where the seat presses into the kayak, and look for any other damage like that. If all of that is good, double check the interior compartment for water sloshing around. Mine is bone dry, and unless you use it, it should be.

Oh, check the seat to make sure it’s in good shape, replacement chairs are close to $200 iirc.

That is a fair price as long has the kayak is in good shape. 3nsure you check the pedal drive and ensure it runs smooth and stays in place with the retention pin.

Its a great boat. Check the prop if it is the updated design (lock nut or washer) not a dealer breaker but it is important to address (early releases of this yak would have the prop loosen itself and fall off underway).

Look for signs of damage to the pedal arms. Mine come loose and require me to tighten them periodocially while kayaking, which has misshapped the square hole on the left arm. Again, not a deal breaker, but should be addressed.

If it is in good shape, then that sounds like a steal. Just check the drive out really well as well as the hull and any scupper holes for cracks.

If it’s all good maybe offer a grand just to see if he’ll accept. If not, then $1100 is still a steal.

I had this yak. Didn’t like it and sold it in 3 weeks. The pedal drive sucks

I love mine. They are great for the money. Both of my buddies have Natives and mine is just as capable in my opinion.
