    Minnesota DNR has labeled the pink areas persistent. Even though they dont meet the New CWD plans definition. New management strategies in place. Tags $2.50. Non resident tag $2.50. No limit. You can kill as many bucks as your truck will haul. And then come back for more.

    Wyoming’s management plan that has a meeting on December 11 th in the Casper office is geared right down this same path. Reduce deer age, completely remove deer from certain areas for up to 10 years, increase harvest, monster and sample
