Picking a scope for my first long range build. I’m leaning hard toward the 5-25×50 Vortex Viper PST Gen II because it has several features I really like (FFP, Illumination, uncapped turrets, zero stop, glass quality for the price), and I really like the EBR-7C reticle in the MRAD version. I find it really easy to read and understand and I like the functionality for ranging and holdovers. It will run me $999 max.
I also really like the Sig Sauer DEV-L reticle, probably even a little better than the EBR-7C. Their 6-24×50 Tango4 scope is a bit less, $799ish, than the Viper PST, but I can’t get my hands on one to check it out, unlike the Viper.
Any other comparable reticles out there, available in a similar power FFP, in the $700-$1000 range? I could be swayed to go a bit higher, but not much.

Tons of similar reticles. What specifically do you like about those reticles? Do they have 0.2 MIL subtensions? Open center? Center Dot? Center Cross?
