I think they did, it was supposed to be a sister program to SH3 but it was either unpopular or very buggy and never caught on. Surface naval sims dont seem to live very long for whatever reason. I cant find the name of the game but the idea was one person with SH3 could play against the person with the surface sim and fight via online multiplay
