Springfield Hellcat Sight Options

Does any one have any recommendations for an optical sight for the Hellcat? I’m not too familiar with pistol sights and a lot of the ones I see are picatinny. I may just be an idiot but any help on the flush mounted OSP sights would be appreciated.
