What do you do when you want to adjust your sights but your sights aren’t adjustable?

Posts I have a Sig P320 with factory sights. I consistently shoot high and to the right. Unfortunately, my sights aren’t adjustable. What’s the answer?
I had that similar problem. My fix was my trigger finger placement and trigger squeeze. I was almost imperceptibly pulling the gun high and right. I focused on proper mechanics and it went away.
Give the gun to someone else and see if they get the same consistency. There are specific reasons you will hit at certain areas around the bullseye, be they low and left or high and right. You need to see if it moves someone else’s known POI proficiency or deficiency, i.e. if I’m good, I’m on target, and if I’m shooting poorly, I’m shooting low and left. If you gave the gun to me and all my poor shots (self-analysis) were on target and all my good shots were high and right, I’d give credence to the accuracy theory. Otherwise, you’ve gotta work on something.

Like someone else suggested, hand it over to an expert shooter to verify it’s the sights and not you, the shooter.
In my experience, 9/10 the sights are just fine.Maybe put an optic on it
As u/Egmarga said, first thing to do is have someone else shoot it to verify that’s the problem.
My experience with stock Sig sights is limited to one gun, but also see whether the gun from the factory is set up for a center hold or combat hold sight picture. If you and the gun aren’t on the same page, you can replace the front sight to make it work for you.
Rear sight windage is adjustable, just give it a tap in the direction you need with a non-marring punch.
