What compound can I use to fill this section that will chemically bind to polymer

Or do I need to melt material into it?

It cracked by the mag catch due to the undercut? You could just add material there with some jb weld.

Buy a new frame. Not worth losing a digit over some half assed undercut.

Wtf?!?! A brand new frame is only like $75-$100!

Frames were only $75 on the glock store site. Probably went up. Or just do a P80 build. You’ve got all the parts.

Can’t buy a new frame? Or even
    A new Glock?

Shoot that till the permit is approved if you can’t “like for like” since you still seem to still be shooting it anyway

Turn in the busted frame when the permit arrives or you buy a new one

Most pistol shooters in Australia can get more than one 9mm…

Not passing judgement but man that’s a bad spot. And I’d try JB weld. I used that shit to hold a transmission cooling line on a radiator to this day is still holding. So I know it would be strong enough for that

I would use a 2 part epoxy made for plastics. Put plenty on, let dry, and then grind back down.

Do you really want some hacked up frame that is going to be repaired to what extent? Just get it warrantied by Glock. It will cost $100.. but well worth it in your circumstances.

You’re SOL. That’s why you shouldn’t do shit like this without knowing what you’re doing.
