    Violating state laws won’t get you arrested by federal agents. It’ll be state or local cops.

    I don’t know the local laws where you live. I’d say that a prosecutor could certainly argue that an FRT alters the rate of fire. A good defense attorney might get you off.

    There’s risks to loopholes.
