I personally don’t think it’s an issue, i just traded my Rein for another OWL. I like the shape and feel of them a bit better, I’d say they’re about the same brightness. As others have said it might be best suited for an SBR/pistol but i don’t find it overly bothersome on my 16”. And hell if you’re just plinkin’ and want to pop it off it’s tool less.
If you don’t go with the OWL check out the Rein or Micro Rein, I’ve been impressed with both of them. The full packages too will run you cheaper than a mod lite.
