A clean kill to harvest an animal without suffering is different from those videos where guys empty a 30 round mag into a bear just for the hell of it.
In my country, animals getting hit by cars is a major issue, and we *need* skilled hunters to go out and end their misery. A deer, moose or boar hit by a car can run a *long* way before dying, and can in some cases be dangerous. Those hunters have to acquire their skill somehow.
