I’m going to vote for 2, the .223 is a given, then a .30-06 or .308 on the other end. A .243 could probably cover your bases, as could a Creed. But if you need a pig gun, a 6.5 Grendel pops to the front of my list. Maybe use the Grendel on the rodents and swine. Low recoil and accurate. But .223, .308, and .30-06 can be found in any hardware store or rural gas station in much of the civilized world.
