What about that guy recently that was selling uppers and 80% lowers? The ATF was gonna try and prosecute this dude for selling firearms even though the parts wouldn’t meet their definition of a firearm, then before the case, the judge said that it wasn’t going to go well for the ATF, so they gave the guy a plea deal and dropped the case so they wouldn’t set a precedent. Idk, just trying to be helpful.
