the handgun is fine for sure. The rifle I might get some steel wool or scotchbrite pads or something and see if you can knock off the bulk of it. It will probably go bang, but it might not cycle in a semi auto gun. And I’m assuming the powder is somewhat suspect and you will likely get inconsistent velocities. If you feel uncomfortable with that, pull the bullets and toss the brass. 223 brass is everywhere and basically free, and primers are only 2-3 cents a pop.
