If it’s green I would skip it, you have no idea how deep the damage to the brass goes and near the case web that could mean blowing out the rear of the case. I’ve seen case necks literally become detached from the shoulder due to this kind of damage and they didn’t look that advanced as the one you hold up. Cases are cheap, eye and facial reconstructive surgery isn’t.
