It Is Time to Live Tactically, Go Hunting Passionately and Breathe the Survival Life

In the world in which we live, uncertainties can lie around every corner. You do not have to listen to the news very long before you hear about something traumatic happening. If you are like me, when you hear such things you may stop and think for a moment, “what if that was me?” Most occasions where this thought comes to me is when you hear it reported that someone “saved the day” or “did the right thing.” In times of panic, stress and shire panic, it is important to have thought about what you would do before the situation ever comes about. Let us be honest with ourselves, one thing that our world, the woods and the wilderness can have in common is they can all be scary at times. I am a firm believer that if you have the right mindset, coupled with the right gear for the situation, you can transform those “scary times” into an experience you can later tell your children about.

If you ever find yourself in a scary situation here are three steps you can take that will help keep you alive. First off keep your fight. So many people in the world today have no fight left in them. But if you are going to survive when tragedy strikes you must never surrender to defeat! If you expect to win then you must expect to fight, if you expect to succeed you must expect to fight even when you are broken, busted, and disgusted. When you think you cannot fight anymore just go ahead and fight one more time!

Secondly, do not lose your optimism. A negative attitude can and will hinder you from performing at your highest ability. Your stamina and productivity will decrease considerably and everything will look impossible. Believe in yourself and look for a way out.

Thirdly, keep your objective in sight. If you are looking for the monster buck, keep your objective in sight. You may not be able to put your physical eyes upon your object but do not lose sight of the possibility of attaining it! If getting out of a desert is your objective, keep it in sight. If getting out of a hostage situation is your objective, keep it in sight. If you lose your ability to see success then I can promise you that you will never see success. So in hindsight, let us keep our fight and never give up! Do not lose your optimism, keep your head up! and lastly keep your goal in sight!
